½ tsp grated Lemon peel
2 Tbsps sugar
500 grams Strawberries
200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
2 tsps Ground cinnamon
lemon zest (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Boil the milk, remove from heat and stir in the oats, lemon zest and sugar. Cover and let stand 10 minutes.

2.

Rinse the strawberries and place 4 berries to the side. Trim the remaining berries, chop and spoon into 4 bowls.

3.

Fold the yogurt into the oat mixture and pour over the strawberries. Garnish with the cinnamon and the lemon zest and top each with a strawberry.
