- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- sugar
- 100 grams Raspberries
- ½ Banana
- 1 tsp vegetable oil

Preparation steps
1.
Separate the eggs. Whip the egg whites until stiff with the salt. Whisk the egg yolks with the lemon juice and a little sugar.
2.
Puree half of the raspberries and season with sugar. Fold in the remaining raspberries and sliced banana.
3.
Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the omelette. Serve with fruit.
