- 16 ozs Flank Steak
- kosher salt (to taste)
- freshly ground peppers (to taste)
- For Slaw
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp white sugar
- 1 red Cabbage (thinly sliced and chopped)
- ¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- ½ cup Pecan (chopped)

Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle flank steak with salt and pepper. Add steak to hot pan; cook 8 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Let steak rest 10 minutes; cut steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
