- 1 Star fruit
- 1 Pineapple
- 1 Apple
- 1 small Papaya
- 8 centiliters Grand Marnier

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the mango, kiwi, pineapple, papaya, and orange. Cut the other fruit into thin slices or small pieces. Divide onto four plates and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Drizzle with a little grand marnier, and flambé using a kitchen torch.
