- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
- ⅛ tsp salt
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- 2 Tbsps diced, cooked ham
- 4 Tbsps diced, blanched Asparagus
- 3 Tbsps shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg mini phyllo pastry (15 count)

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 350º F / 180º C.

In a small bowl, whisk together egg and heavy whipping cream. Season egg mixture with salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, combine ham, asparagus and cheese, mixing to combine. Spoon 1 teaspoon of the ham, asparagus and cheese filling into each phyllo shell, top with 1 teaspoon of the egg and cream mixture.

Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 18 20 minutes, or until the centers are set. Serve hot or at room temperature.
