Fish Steak with Creamy Cucumber
Whip the cream until semi-stiff and season with salt, white pepper, a pinch of sugar and mustard, the dill and the stock. Stir in the cucumber and leave to steep.
Drizzle the fish with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Brush the barbecue with oil and grill the steaks for around 3 min on each side. Arrange on plates with the cucumber salad and serve.
