- 22 ozs skinless Haddock (or other white fish pieces)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsps Horseradish
- ⅞ cup whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp fresh Chives (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 cup potatoes (cooked and mashed)
- ½ cup fresh whole grain breadcrumbs
- 5 Tbsps olive oil

1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Box grater, 1 Citrus juicer
Preparation steps
1.
Put the fish in a food processor with the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish and blend until slightly chunky.
2.
Mix in by hand the whipping cream, chives, parsley and cooked potatoes. Shape the mixture into 12 fish cakes and coat with breadcrumbs.
3.
Place olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook fish cakes for 4 minutes on each side, until browned. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or garnish (optional).
