- 14 ozs prepared Bread dough
- 11 ozs Salmon fillet (with skin and bones removed)
- ⅞ cup Crème fraiche
- ½ cup finely grated Gruyere
- 1 Chives (finely chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven 240°C | 450F | gas 8. Combine the creme fraiche and cheese in a bowl, mix well, and season with some pepper and a little salt.

Cut the salmon into small, thin strips.
3.
Roll the bread dough onto a floured work surface. Spread with the creme fraiche and cheese mixture and then top with the salmon strips. Grind on some pepper and then place in the oven. Baked for 20 minutes.
4.
Take the flamekueche out of the oven and sprinkle with chives. Serve right away.
