1 kilogram potatoes
1 tsp Caraway
500 grams Quark
3 Tbsps milk (1.5%)
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 pinch ground paprika
1 pinch ground cumin
1 onion
1 bunch Chives
4 Tbsps Linseed
butter (as desired)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the potatoes and boil in salted water with the caraway seeds for about 25 minutes.

2.

Combine the quark with the milk and mix until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and cumin.

3.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Rinse the chives and cut into rolls. Mix both in a bowl.

4.

Drain the cooked potatoes, let the water evaporate and peel.

Arrange the potatoes on plates along with the quark cream. Drizzle with a little linseed oil and serve garnished with chopped onions, chives and butter.
