650 grams onions
2 large Tomatoes
50 grams butter
150 milliliters water

Preparation steps

Drizzle fish fillets with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper,

Heat butter and olive oil in a pan and cook fish fillets until golden on both sides.

Peel onions, halve lengthwise and cut into strips. Rinse tomatoes and quarter, remove seeds and cut into small cubes.

4.

Heat butter in a pan and saute onions until soft, season with salt, and water. Saute for 5 minutes on low heat, add sour cream, diced tomatoes and dill. Arrange fish with onion sauce on plates and serve.
