1.
Cut the crusts off the bread and cut into bite-sized triangles.

Cut the salmon slices into strips approximately 4 cm wide. Sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
3.
Cut the Camembert into small pieces, put a piece of Camembert, a strip of beetroot and a dill tip on each strip of salmon and roll up.

Put 1 basil leaf on each piece of bread, top with a salmon roll and arrange on a platter.
