Mix the tomatoes with the cream and stir in the fish. Transfer to a pan and simmer for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, remove from the heat and leave to cool.

Prepare the mashed potato according to the instructions on the packet with the milk and butter. Line the base and sides of a greased loaf tin with the mashed potato, leaving a depression in the middle.
3.
Whisk the eggs and stir into the tomato and fish mixture. Pour this mixture into the lined loaf tin and decorate with olives.
4.
Bake in an oven preheated to 190°C (170° fan) | 375F | gas 5 for about 30 minutes until golden on top.
