4 Steak fillet (each about 200 grams)
coarsely ground peppers
2 tsps clarified butter
1 egg
salt
freshly ground peppers
3 Tbsps coarse Mustard
2 Tbsps breadcrumbs

Preparation steps

1.

Season steaks with pepper. Heat butter in a pan and cook steaks for about 2 minutes per side. Season with salt.  

2.

Whisk an egg with salt and pepper over hot water bath until foamy, add mustard and breadcrumbs.

3.

Spread paste on steaks and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 5-7 minutes. 

4.

If desired, serve steaks with a small salad and fries.
