Ingredients

For Marinade
2 garlic cloves
2 Tbsps honey
5 Tbsps Hoisin sauce
2 Tbsps brown sugar
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
salt
freshly ground peppers
¼ Chili powder
¼ tsp Curry
In Addition
1 ⅕ kilograms Pork ribs (ready to cook)
1 fresh Lime
2 Tbsps Sesame seeds

Preparation steps

1.

Peel garlic, press through a garlic press adn combine with all marinade ingredients. Rinse ribs, pat dry and cut into 2-3 ribs pieces.

Coat meat with marinade and refrigerate, covered, for 30 minutes. Rinse lime in hot water and cut into wedges. Remove meat from marinade, drain and cook on hot grill.

3.

Occasionally baste ribs with remaining marinade when grilling. Sprinkle cooked ribs with sesame seeds and garnish with lime wedges. Serve.
