Fennel Salad with Shrimp
Rinse and half the fennel. Remove the core, and thinly slice. Rinse and dry the lettuce. Separate the leaves and slice thinly. Rinse, trim, and thinly slice the radishes.
Mix the oil with the pepper, salt, and paprika. Stack the fennel, shrimp, and radishes on top of the lettuce. Drizzle with the spice oil and garnish with the radish sprouts.
