1 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup Mushrooms
2 cups fresh Fava bean
1 cup Vegetable broth
½ cup Caper
kosher salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
½ cup grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

1.
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until 1 minute less than al dente.

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and saute the mushrooms. Add the fava beans and cook for about 2 more minutes. Add the broth and capers, season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 5 minutes.
3.
Drain the pasta, and add it to the fava bean mixture. Cook together for about a minute. Serve immediately, with freshly grated parmesan sprinkled on top.
