- 2 Tbsps freshly grated Mountain cheese (such as Gruyere)
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped Fresh herbs (such as chervil and chives)
- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp butter
Preparation steps

Beat the eggs with the mountain cheese, herbs and cream, and season with salt and pepper.

Heat butter in a pan and pour the egg mixture into it. Cook on both sides for 1-2 minutes each until golden brown.
