400 grams colorful Farfalle
salt
250 milliliters Vegetable broth
100 grams Crème fraiche
100 grams freshly grated Cheese (such as Parmesan)
4 Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (such as Parsley, garden cress, dill and chives)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
freshly ground peppers
Nutmeg (freshly grated)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the farfalle in boiling salted water until al dente.

2.

Heat the vegetable broth, crème fraîche, and cheese (minus 2 tablespoons for garnish) in a small pot. Stir constantly, and don't allow to come to a boil. Mix in the herbs, then season to taste with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. 

3.

Drain the farfalle and arrange on plates. Top with the sauce, garnish with the remaining cheese, and serve.
