4 Tbsps Canola oil

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Add the peas during the last 1-2 minutes. Drain.

2.

Rinse the lemon in hot water, wipe dry and finely grate zest. Squeeze juice from lemon then combine with lemon zest, honey, orange juice and oil. Season with salt and pepper.

3.

Slice salmon into strips and toss with the pasta, peas, chives and dressing.

4.

Serve in deep bowls.
