- For the dressing
- 150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat) (or sour cream)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Corn oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 Tbsp scallions
- To serve
- Daisy (as desired)
Preparation steps

For the salad, trim the endives, divide the leaves and remove the stems. Rinse, trim and slice the cucumber. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into eighths.

For the dressing, combine the yogurt with the lemon juice and oil and season with sugar, salt and pepper. Stir in the chopped onion.
3.
To serve, arrange the salad ingredients in a bowl and drizzle with the dressing. Serve garnished to taste with daisies.
