1 lemon
75 grams Pancetta (thinly sliced)
1 garlic clove
80 grams Hazelnuts (coarsely chopped)
200 grams Mozzarella

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the endives, slice in half lengthwise and drizzle with lemon juice.

Chop the pancetta and garlic. Drain and slice the mozzarella.

3.

Grease a baking dish. Place the endives side-by-side in the baking dish. Divide the pancetta, garlic, hazlenuts and mozzarella slices between the endives. Season with salt and pepper. Bake in a 200°C (approximately 390°F) until cooked through, about 25-30 minutes. Serve immediately.
