Duck and Peach Skewers
Rinse the peaches. Dip the peaches in boiling water for about 1 minute, rinse with cold water, and remove the peach skin. Cut into halves, remove the pit, and cut the pulp into slices.
Rinse the duck breasts and pat dry with kitchen paper. Cut off the skin of the duck breasts and cut the meat into cubes. Thread the duck breast cubes alternately with the peach slices onto wooden skewers.
Heat a grill or a grill pan and fry the skewers from all sides for 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve in bowls and garnish with beet greens.
