Preparation steps
1.
Rinse duck breast and pat dry. Remove the fat and chop the meat into bite-sized pieces. Combine meat cubes with the dried herbs, 5 tablespoons olive oil and orange juice and season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate overnight.

Rinse apricots and remove the pits.
3.
Drain the meat and alternately thread on skewers with the apricots. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a pan and fry the skewers on all sides over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
