Preparation steps

1.

Preheat a convection oven to 80°C (approximately 175°F).

Rinse the peaches and pat dry. Cut in half, remove the stones, and place cut side up on a baking sheet line with parchment paper. Place in the oven and dry in the oven for 5-6 hours, turning occasionally. 

3.

Remove from the oven, arrange on a plate, and serve.
