For the fruit topping
cup Strawberry puree
5 Tbsps jam sugar
¾ cup fresh Strawberries
For the pesto
2 Tbsps Pistachio (finely chopped)
2 packets Vanilla sugar
½ bunch mint
2 Tbsps lemon juice
For the crumble topping
¼ cup sugar
3 Tbsps butter
2 Tbsps flour
2 Tbsps slivered Almond flour

1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small bowl, 1 mittelgroßer Pot, 1 großer Pot, 1 Casserole dish, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Box grater, 1 Peeler, 1 Brush, 1 Sieve, 1 Slotted spoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Immersion blender

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Combine all the ingredients for the pizza base and knead to a pliable dough. Cover and put in a warm place to rise for about 40 minutes.

Sweeten the fruit puree with the jam sugar. Briefly knead the dough again on a floured work surface and divide into two halves. Roll each half out to a circle approximately 32 cm in diameter. Dust with a little icing sugar and place on baking trays lined with baking parchment. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, then take out of the oven and spread with the strawberry puree. Slice the strawberries and arrange on top of the strawberry puree.

For the pesto, put the pistachios, vanilla sugar and washed mint leaves into a blender or food processor and puree. Put small spoonfuls of the pesto on top of the pizzas.

For the crumble topping, put all the crumble ingredients into bowl and rub the butter into the other ingredients to produce a crumbly consistency. Put small spoonfuls of the crumble on top of the pizzas and return to the oven for 10-15 minutes. Take out of the oven and leave to cool. Serve as a sweet main course, or as a dessert or with coffee for several people.
