- ⅞ cup butter
- 6 eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 8 canned Pear (drained)
- 2 Tbsps sliced almonds

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6 and grease four ramekins approx. 10 cm diameter.

Met the chocolate and the butter in a bain-marie.
3.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy. Slowly fold in the chocolate-butter mixture and then stir in the flour.
4.
Transfer to the prepared ramekins and place two pear halves on top. Bake for 10-12 minutes. The pudding should be slightly crispy on top but still feel very soft (Warning! Hot!). Leave to cool for a few minutes and then serve sprinkled with the almonds.
