- 100 grams Dark couverture chocolate
- 250 milliliters milk
- 1 pinch ground Cardamom
- 1 pinch ground chili peppers
- 1 Pear
- 4 Ice cubes
- 100 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps
1.
Finely grate the chocolate. Dip the rim of the glasses in cold water, then dip in the chocolate so that it adheres to the rim of the glass. Make sure that the rim is well coated.

Add the remaining chocolate, 150 ml (approximately 5 ounces), the cardamom, and chili pepper to a pan. Heat the mixture, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and let cool.
3.
Peel the pears, cut into quarters, and remove the core. Puree the pears, chocolate milk, the remaining milk, ice cubes, and heavy cream in a blender.
4.
Pour the shake into the prepared glasses and serve.
