1 sprig Lemongrass (only the white and light green parts)
1 tsp ground Fenugreek
½ tsp Lime zest
1 generous pinch Turmeric
200 grams rough Sea salt

Preparation steps

1.

Coarsley chop ginger and lemongrass. Mix with fenugreen, lime zest, tumeric and sea salt.

Place in airtight glass container. Use as needed.
