250 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
½ tsp ground Cumin
1 tsp ground cilantro

Preparation steps

Peel the cucumber and halve lengthwise. Remove the seeds and finely dice. Rinse and trim the pepper. Halve the pepper, remove the seeds and membranes, and finely dice. Mix the cucumber and the peppers with the yogurt. Mix in the herbs, cumin, and coriander, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Let the salad infuse for at least 1 hour.

Serve the salad garnished with cilantro leaves.
