- 1 ½ Cucumber
- 2 cups natural Yogurt
- Dill (chopped)
- lemon juice (from one lemon)
- Dill (to garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Take the half cucumber and form balls with a melon baller. Set aside for the garnish.
2.
Peel the remaining cucumber, remove the seeds and roughly chop the flesh.
3.
Blend the chopped cucumber with the yoghurt, dill and lemon juice.
4.
Serve the smoothie garnished with the cucumber balls and dill fronds.
