- 180 ground pork
- 100 grams thin Tagliatelle
- 1 Tbsp cilantro (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp parsley (chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp sugar
- salt
- peppers
- 500 milliliters vegetable oil (for frying)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta only for about 30 - 40 seconds in boiling salted water, then drain, rinse in cold water and drain again.

Mix the ground beef with egg, herbs, garlic and seasons with salt, pepper, soy sauce and sugar. Form small balls of 2 cm diameter (approximately 3/4 inch). Lay the noodles crosswise on a plate in bunches of 3-4 noodles. Place the meatballs in the centers of the pasta and twist the pasta over each meatball slightly.

Heat the oil and fry the meatballs in portions until golden brown.
4.
Serve hot or serve with cheese sauce.
