1 cup
powdered sugar (more if needed)
3 tablespoons

crisp rice cereal
roasted, chopped Peanuts

Step 1/5
Sift the icing sugar into a bowl and beat in the butter until smooth. Beat in the peanut butter until the mixture comes together. If needed, add more icing sugar a little at a time, until the mixture holds together in a large ball. Cover with cling film and chill for about 15 minutes until firm.

Line a tray with non-stick baking paper.
Step 3/5
Shape the peanut butter mixture into 2.5cm|1" balls.
Step 4/5
Roll some of the balls in rice cereal, some in coconut and some in chopped nuts. Place all the balls on the tray, cover with cling film and chill for at least 20 minutes to firm up.
Step 5/5
Dip the base of some of the balls into melted chocolate and place on the lined tray to set.
