200 grams Cherry tomatoes
1 onion
2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
lemon juice
Sea salt
8 slices Baguette
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation steps

Preheat the broiler.

Rinse and quarter the tomatoes. Peel the onion and finely dice. Mix both with the parsley, then season to taste with lemon juice and sea salt.

Toast the slices of the baguette in the oven for 2-3 minutes on each side. Cut the garlic clove, use to rub the surface of the baguette slices. Drizzle with the olive oil, and top with the tomato mixture. Serve immediately.
