1 cooked egg
600 small young potatoes (young potatoes)
2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Mustard
½ tsp honey
4 Tbsps olive oil
Sea salt

Preparation steps

1.

Mix well vinegar, honey, mustard and olive oil to make a vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper.

2.

Place salmon slices on a large plate or two plates.

3.

Rinse and spin dry cress. Place cress on top of salmon slices. Peel and finely chop an egg, place over the salad. Peel an onion, cut into very thin rings, distribute over the salad.

4.

Drizzle dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
