250 grams smoked Steelhead trout
4 tsps Caper (jarred)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the cucumber peel and cut into thin slices. Mix the cream cheese with the mustard and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture onto the bread. Cut the smoked trout into thin slices. Divide the trout and cucumbers onto 4 slices of bread, sprinkle with capers and top with the remaining slices of bread. Wrap the sandwiches in greaseproof paper and tie together with chives for a decorative touch.
