- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- 250 grams skinless, boneless Smoked trout (fillets)
- 1 tsp finely grated Horseradish
- salt
- peppers
- Cress (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the pear, cut in half, remove the core and dice.
2.
Combine the diced pear, lemon juice, yogurt, crème fraîche and smoked trout in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
3.
Season with horseradish, salt and pepper, transfer to a serving dish and garnish with cress.
