Preparation

Kitchen utensils

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Rolling pin, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Butter knife, 1 Aluminum foil

Preparation steps

1.
Wash and dry the salmon and cut into slices approximately 2 cm thick.
2.
Wash and sort the spinach.
3.
Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat 1 tbsp butter and sweat the garlic until soft. Add the spinach and cook gently until all the liquid has evaporated. Season with salt and nutmeg.
4.
Heat the butter and flour in a pan until the mixture foams. Then stir in the milk and bring to the boil. Add the creme fraiche and season to taste with salt and pepper. Pick the leaves off 4 sprigs of thyme and chop finely. Add to the sauce.
5.
Spread a little of the sauce on the base of a small baking dish, then add a layer of lasagne and cover with alternate layers of salmon, spinach, lasagne and sauce. Finish with lasagne and sauce. Dot with the remaining butter and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for about 45 minutes until golden brown. Serve garnished with the remaining thyme.
