- 2 ⅔ cups ground Meat
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 3 ⅓ cups floury potatoes (peeled and diced)
- 2 carrots (peeled and sliced)
- 1 clove chopped garlic cloves
- 1 Leek (julienned)
- 3 ½ cups Meat stock
- ⅜ cup cream
- Nutmeg

Preparation steps
1.
Fry the meat in a pot of hot oil. Add the vegetables and deglaze with the stock. Simmer for around 20 min until cooked.
2.
Add the cream and season to taste with salt, ground black pepper and nutmeg.
