- 1 Tbsp instant Espresso powder
- 14 ozs canned sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup cream (35% fat)
- 1 Tbsp sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Chill a metal or glass mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
2.
Put the water into a small pan and sprinkle the gelatine over the top. Stand for 3-4 minutes. Heat over a very low heat until the gelatine dissolves.

Add the espresso powder, stirring constantly until espresso powder dissolves. Remove from the heat.

In a large bowl, combine the condensed milk, vanilla and espresso mixture; stir until completely incorporated.
5.
Remove the chilled bowl and beaters from the freezer. Using an electric whisk, beat the cream and sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold 3/4 of the whipped cream into the espresso mixture. Spoon into dessert glasses; cover and chill.
6.
Serve chilled with a spoonful of the remaining whipped cream.
