- 500 grams Asparagus (green)
- 1 Lime (zested and juiced)
- 200 milliliters milk
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- 2 tsps Vegetable broth
- salt
- peppers
- 1 pinch sugar

Preparation steps

Rinse asparagus and snap off woody ends. Cut asparagus into slices. Combine the asparagus with 300 ml (approximately 1 1/4 cups) water in a pot.

Add broth and lime juice. Simmer until asparagus is tender, about 10 minutes. Puree until completely smooth. Add cream and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Heat the milk in a small saucepan and whisk milk (or use a milk frother) until frothy.
3.
Divide soup among large preheated glasses. Top with milk froth and serve garnished with lime zest.
