1 Measuring cups, 1 Bowl, 1 Whisk, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Pot, 1 Sieve, 1 Salad spinner, 1 Egg slicer, 1 Small bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 große Non-stick pan (28 cm Ø), 1 Slotted spatula, 1 kleine Ladle, 1 Plate, 1 Serrated knife
Preparation steps
1.
For the salsa, mix together all the ingredients and set aside.

For the pancakes, beat together the ricotta, eggs, flour, salt and milk until smooth.
3.
Heat the oil in a wide pan and cook the pancakes in batches, dropping tablespoonfuls of the mixture into the pan. Fry gently for about 8 minutes, turning once, until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper and keep warm.
4.
To serve, mix the mayonnaise with the lime juice. Place a little crab meat on each pancake, spoon over the lime mayonnaise and top with the mango salsa.
