- 1 onion
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 200 grams Whipped cream
- 125 milliliters fish stock (jarred)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 tsps Curry powder
- 400 grams Spaghetti
- 2 medium Zucchini (400 grams)
- 300 grams Deep sea crab (cooked and peeled)
- 2 tsps chopped Dill
- 2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
Preparation steps

Peel the onion, chop finely and sauté in hot butter. Stir in the cream and fish stock. Season with salt, pepper and curry powder. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salt water until al dente.

Rinse the zucchini and cut lengthwise into long, thin strips. Add to the sauce and cook 3-4 minutes. Add the crab to the sauce. Combine the dill with the creme fraiche cheese and stir into the sauce. Season to taste and mix with the drained pasta. Serve garnished with dill.
