- 1 cup Dark chocolate (min. 65 % cocoa, chopped)
- ½ cup Nougat (cut into chunks)
- ⅜ cup cream
- 2 ⅔ cups dark Chocolate couverture (chopped)
Preparation steps

In a bowl, mix together the chocolate and the nougat. Line a flat tin with aluminium foil.

Bring the cream to the boil and pour it over the chocolate and nougat mixture to melt, stirring. Once melted, pour the mixture into the tin and smooth over, to a height of a round 2 cm. Put in the refrigerator to harden.

Turn the mixture out of the tin and remove the foil. Cut the mixture into circles of approx. 2 cm in diameter. Clean and warm the cutter regularly in the process, to make it easier to cut the mixture.
4.
Melt and temper the couverture. Using a dipping fork, dip the chocolate centres in the melted couverture. Place on a piece of foil to dry and set.
