- 500 grams cookie Baking mix
- 150 grams butter
- 6 Tbsps Whipped cream
- For garnish
- 60 grams crumbled, brown Rock candy
- 2 Tbsps milk

Preparation steps

For the cookies: Place the baking mix in a bowl. Cube the butter and add to the bowl along with the cream. Cut the butter into the mixture with a knife or pastry cutter until crumbly. Knead into a smooth dough. Shape the dough into a disk, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Roll the dough to 2-3 mm (approximately 1/8 inch) thick on a lightly floured surface.
For garnish: Sprinkle some of the rock sugar over the dough and roll the rolling pin overtop. Cut out 4 cm (approximately 1 1/2 inch) diameter cookies and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with milk and sprinkle with the remaining rock sugar. Bake in a 180°C (approximately 350°F) oven until golden, about 8-10 minutes.
