6 ozs powdered sugar
1 egg
1 tsp cinnamon
6 ozs butter
7 ozs powdered sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Mix flour with powdered sugar, egg, cinnamon and butter to form a dough, wrap in foil and chill 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Then roll out on a floured surface, cut into shapes with templates or cutters, and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes. Remove from sheet and let cool.

Mix lemon juice with powdered sugar, portion into individual bowls and tint each bowl with food coloring.

Spread the colored icing on cookies as desired. Place portions of the icing in small freezer bags and cut small corners to decorate the cookies.
