- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbsps brown sugar
- ½ cup butter (diced)
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup double cream (48% fat)
- ⅞ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 40 seedless, green Grape
- 50 seedless, red Grape
- powdered sugar (for sprinkling)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/400°F/gas 6.
2.
Put the flour, sugar and butter into a food processor and blend until the mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Add two tablespoons water and blend until the mixture just starts to clump together. Add the oats and combine using the pulse button once or twice.
3.
Tip the dough into a 22cm round tart tin. Press the mixture evenly over the base and up the sides. Chill for 15 minutes.
4.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until golden and crisp. Cool.
5.
Whisk the cream until thick and then fold in the yogurt. Spread the cream in the tart. Arrange the grapes in circles on top of the cream. Chill for 1 hour. Sprinkle with icing (confectioners') sugar just before serving.
