Colorful Tomato Salad
Rinse tomatoes and cut out stems. Slice yellow tomatoes and halve cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls. Rinse chives, shake dry and cut into pieces. Arrange tomatoes and mozzarella on plates. Whisk vinegar with oil and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle dressing over the tomatoes and sprinkle with chives. Serve with whole wheat toasts.
