- 60 grams sugar
- 100 grams Coconut flakes
- 4 centiliters Coconut liqueur
- 4 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 3 eggs
- butter (for the molds)
- 4 Soufflé dishes (about 125 ml or 1/2 cup capacity)

Preparation steps

Beat the butter with sugar with an electric hand mixer until fluffy. Add the desiccated coconut, coconut liqueur and cream and stir to combine. Separate the eggs. Stir the yolks into the coconut mixture. Beat the egg whites until very stiff peaks form and carefully fold into the mixture.

Grease the ramekins and fill with the batter to 2 fingers width below the rim. Bake the soufflés in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for 30 minutes. Cook. Serve immediately with fruit such as Tamarillos.
