- 80 grams cornstarch
- 800 milliliters milk
- 400 milliliters sweetened condensed milk
- 400 milliliters Coconut milk
- 100 grams Coconut flakes
- Coconut (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Mix the cornstarch with 200 ml (approximately 7/8 cup) of milk until smooth. Put remaining milk, condensed milk, coconut milk and coconut flakes in a pan and heat. Pour into the cornstarch milk while stirring and stir everything under steady simmer gently until the mixture is creamy and slightly plump.

Place a cake pan in a bowl of cold water and pour in the milk mixture. Allow to cool in the refrigerator and leave to set for about 4 hours.

Briefly dip pan in warm water, run around the edge with a small knife and turn out on a plate. To serve, garnish with coconut pulp plus a sauce, such as rich strawberry sauce.
