50 grams Cocoa bean
50 grams breadcrumbs
50 grams Pastry flour
2 eggs (beaten)

Preparation steps

Rinse the chicken fillets, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the macadamia nuts and cocoa beans in a food processor and combine with the breadcrumbs. The nuts and cocoa beans chop and mix with the breadcrumbs. Dip the chicken fillets in flour, then coat with the beaten eggs and roll in the macadamia nut mixture, lightly pressing so it adheres to the chicken.
